Resort Policies / House Rules

EL CASA RUBIO strives to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly private resort and event experience. The following Resort Policy/House Rules have been established based on industry-standard management and operational procedures. The Resort Policy/House Rules are considered a vital part of our reservation agreement.

The Resort House Rules are presented here to help promote our guest’s safety and to ensure that our guests are aware of the understanding between EL CASA RUBIO and the guest.

Check-in time is 10 AM; check-out is 7 AM the next day.

Day tour use is from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Early check-in and extended check-out are offered based on availability.

There will be no refund for early check-out.

The resort reserves the right to collect a fee for the entire stay in the form of cash or GCash before check-in.

We require a security deposit of one thousand pesos, and it is refundable through GCash upon check-out.

A 25% deposit is required for online and walk-in bookings. However, this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Smoking is prohibited inside the premises. (Fine ₱100)

Pool closes at 11 PM.

Eating and drinking beside the pool area are strictly prohibited. (Fine ₱1,000)

Throwing garbage outside is prohibited, especially in the rice field area. (Fine ₱1,000)

There is no lifeguard on duty. You are responsible for the safe use of the pool. Children below 18 years old must be guarded by parents or guardians during swimming time.

Pets are allowed, but they should have a cage before entering the premises.

If the guest brings or uses extra appliances (e.g., big sound system, electric stove, etc.), the management will charge an additional payment for electricity.

Vandalism is strictly prohibited in any area of EL CASA RUBIO.

All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. EL CASA RUBIO shall not assume liability or responsibility for any damages.

Use of videoke is until 11 PM. (Fine ₱1,000)

The resort will not be held liable for any loss or damage of items brought in by the guest. The guest will be responsible for securing their belongings during their stay.

Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited (subject to legal action). Exempted from this policy are law enforcement officers and military personnel who are on duty.

We require valid contact information upon reservation, including first and last name, address, and phone number.
